Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable
As Bonnets is for the time being using a Print-on-demand 3rd party company, returns, refunds and exchanges can't be made unless the item is defective. Of course if your hoodie is damaged or not the order you placed, you have 30 days from the time of arrival to return the item. Send an email to ( email) for a return address. Anything out side of these permitters can't be accepted. So please make sure the size you want is the size you choose.
